We assisted in rescuing 34 dogs from a very sad situation with over 40 plus Chihuahua/Poodle mixes needing immediate help . All dogs are now decompressing, spayed/neutered, vaccinated for distemper and rabies, and microchipped. The individuals have a weight range of 6 to 12 pounds and exhibit varying degrees of emaciation. They need cleaning up which is our next step. We felt it was more important getting them posted since they crave attention/human touch. We spend time with them daily holding working on trusting and introduce them to outdoors activities. Despite their past, they use pee pads and stay clean.
